Job summary

May Mobility seeks a Manager of Simulation Operations to lead the team responsible for scenario creation, test execution, and quality control across its virtual testing ecosystem. You will manage a hybrid team of full-time engineers and contractors, directing scheduled regression suites and on-demand simulations.

Qualifications

• BS in CS/Engineering/OR related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in technical operations, software QA/testing management, or data operations.
• 2+ years direct people management overseeing full-time engineers and contractors.
• Proven track record establishing operational metrics, QA frameworks, and executive reporting cadences.
• Experience utilizing modern AI tools to expedite team workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end simulation operations, managing multi-cadence test suites to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee intake, generation, tagging, and maintenance of simulation scenarios.
• Enforce QA standards over simulation inputs, platforms, and outputs; design and elevate evaluation metrics.
• Synthesize raw outputs into concise analyses for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and integrate AI tools and automated workflows to accelerate scenario generation, bug triage, and reporting.
