Job summary

Touro University Nevada is seeking a Simulation Assistant to support the operation and maintenance of our simulation labs in Henderson. You will help set up, run, and troubleshoot simulation equipment and assist with staff onboarding and space coordination.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, hands-on technical skills, and the ability to handle fast-paced learning environments while maintaining confidentiality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of simulation lab experience with simulators and high-fidelity manikins.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with the operation of personal computers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current knowledge of simulation equipment and operation manuals.
• Assist in day-to-day simulation activities.
• Prepare and disperse simulation materials.
• Set up and take down lab equipment.
• Provide technical support to faculty and staff.
• Assist with documentation and data collection for quality and accreditation.
• Maintain learner confidentiality per FERPA guidelines.
• Represent the simulation space professionally.
