Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with two years of experience in a healthcare skills or simulation lab environment.
• Combination of education and experience equivalent to an associate’s degree + 4 years experience.
• High school diploma + 6 years of experience is also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Skills and Simulation Coordinator in supporting lab operations.
• Coordinate and organize supplies for teaching and exam sessions.
• Operate and maintain skills lab equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues.

Skills

Proficiency in network technology

Proficiency with audio/visual equipment

Strong oral and written communication skills

Ability to multi-task effectively

Education
