Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Allied Health or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN licensure or eligibility for licensure and relevant certifications.
• CHSE or comparable healthcare simulation certification or willing to begin certification after employment.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience; 5+ years in simulation-based education preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver simulation-based experiences to strengthen clinical competencies.
• Coordinate at least 50 new simulation scenarios over five years, with AI/VR integration.
• Train faculty, manage lab practice/remediation, and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with Nursing and Allied Health programs and clinical partners.
