Job summary

University of Massachusetts Boston seeks an experienced Simulation Operations Manager to oversee the CCER's simulation center operations, including leadership of staff and coordination with faculty, IT, facilities, and external partners. You will ensure safe, efficient delivery of simulation activities aligned with academic goals.

Reporting to the Director, you will develop policies, manage budgets, and supervise two Simulation Operations Specialists and student staff, driving continuous quality

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years in simulation operations, lab operations, or healthcare education.
• Experience managing complex workflows, schedules, or facilities.
• Experience with inventory systems, databases, and educational technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic operations to support growth of simulation-based education programs.
• Oversee simulation tech, audiovisual systems, LMS, and equipment.
• Manage budgets, purchasing plans, and inventory control.
