Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, EMS or related field with healthcare simulation experience.
• Experience supervising students and simulation technicians preferred.
• Familiarity with LMS and simulation software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advance the LSSU Superior Simulation Center across programs and partners.
• Provide operational leadership for simulation-based learning.
• Ensure effective day-to-day simulation operations and best practices.
• Translate strategy into efficient, measurable operations.
• Supervise student workers and simulation technicians.
• Support financial planning and budget management.
• Manage schedules and multiple projects concurrently.
• Communicate with faculty, staff, students, and external partners.
• Travel as needed; accommodate weekend hours when required.
