Job summary

Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota on the Winona Campus seeks a Simulation Operation Specialist to install, maintain, and operate high to low fidelity simulation equipment and AV systems. You will contribute to a hands-on learning environment for nursing students under the Director of Nursing and in a professional learning community.

You will collaborate with nursing faculty to design, run, and evaluate simulation scenarios, while maintaining accurate inventory and networked lab resources.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in healthcare profession preferred.
• 1-2 years experience with simulation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and train on simulation equipment and audio/video systems.
• Collaborate with nursing faculty to create and run simulation scenarios.
• Ensure safe, orderly simulation labs and manage equipment inventory.
