The School of Nursing invites applications for a Simulation Operations Specialist to lead and advance the LSSU Superior Simulation Center. Reporting to the School of Nursing Director, the Simulation Operations Specialist provides operational leadership and oversight for simulation-based learning across academic programs, and community partners.
The Specialist is responsible for ensuring effective day-to-day simulation operations that advance excellence in clinical education and adhere to nationally recognized best practices as defined by INACSL, SSH and others.
This position requires a leader who can drive operational excellence and translate strategy into effective and efficient operations.
Ability to move and set up laboratory and simulation equipment; lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds; stand or move for extended periods; and use standard office and instructional technology equipment. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and variable
