Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise IT program management.
• Experience with synthetic and simulation-based training environments.
• Experience managing IT infrastructure, cloud environments, or virtualization.
• Ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, including setting priorities and driving accountability.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team spanning software, systems, networks, information assurance, modeling and simulation, and enterprise IT.
• Develop engineering roadmaps and modernization initiatives to ensure reliability, security, and readiness of simulation systems.
• Coordinate daily technical activities, manage workloads, and drive accountability across the simulation center.
