Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• Experience leading large-scale DMO synthetic training programs.
• Hands-on with Live Virtual Constructive modeling & simulation.
• Experience in operating, maintaining, and modernizing mission-critical IT/simulation systems.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT: servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, architecture, CM, security.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
• Experience enforcing configuration management and security policies.
• TS/SCI clearance is required.

You Have:

10+ years of experience in IT

Experience executing large‑scale efforts in DMO synthetic training environments

Experience with Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) Modeling & Simulation

Experience overseeing operations, maintenance, and modernization of mission‑critical IT or simulation systems

Experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, system architecture, configuration management, and security enforcement

Experience managing complex technical projects from initiation through completion

Ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, setting priorities and driving accountability

Ability to enforce system configuration, change management, and security policies

TS/SCI clearance

Nice If You Have:

Experience working in the Special Operations Community

Experience understanding HLS or DIS integration across simulation environments

Experience in performing capacity planning, performance monitoring, and proactive scaling
