Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Senior Modeling and Simulation Engineer to develop and run high-fidelity simulations for space-related C2 programs that inform wargaming and force design for USSF. Qualifications

• 3+ years using advanced analytical tools such as Python, MATLAB, or AFSIM.
• 3+ years in Space-Based C2 operations, TTPs, or Operational Mission Planning for DoW mission sets.
• 3+ years in Space operations: Orbital Warfare, Space Domain Awareness, Missile Warning, or Satellite Communications.
• Experience developing MOEs, MOPs, and analytic frameworks for simulation activities.
• Experience building adaptable software prototypes to construct operational scenarios and vignettes.
• Knowledge of operational doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures for scenario development.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and run high-fidelity simulations of space-related C2 programs to inform modeling, wargaming, and force design for USSF.
• Identify elements of C2 architecture and apply analytical methods using Python, MATLAB, AFSIM or internal platforms.
• Develop new tools, scripts, and simulator features to improve scenario generation and data analysis.
• Analyze USSF designs and requirements; trace models to understand software strengths and limits.
• Collaborate with Space Domain Awareness, Satellite Communications, and Orbital Warfare SMEs to build comprehensive operational scenarios and vignettes.
• Perform quantitative analysis of simulation outputs: MOPs, MOEs, timelines, attrition, and mission outcomes.
