Job summary

Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort in Hot Springs is seeking a Silk’s Server to deliver knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous service in our dining spaces. You will be expected to present a professional image, know the menu, upsell items, and use the POS system to enter orders accurately.

The role requires candidates to be at least 21 years old with two or more years of dining server experience; casino experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two or more years’ dining server experience; casino experience preferred.
• Familiar with menu items, preparation techniques, and ingredients.
• Able to use POS system to enter orders accurately and handle payments.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, and courteous service to dining guests.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and presentation.
• Upsell appetizers, beverages, and desserts per standards.
• Operate and maintain POS system and handle cash per policy.
• Ensure station setup, sanitation, and timely delivery of orders.
