Job summary

Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort in Hot Springs, AR seeks a Silk’s Server to provide knowledgeable, prompt and friendly service of food and beverages to dining guests, while maintaining a professional image throughout the hotel/casino.

The role requires 21+ years old with 2+ years of dining server experience, preferably in a casino or fine dining setting, and a High School Diploma or GED. Knowledge of POS systems and strong guest service skills are essential.

Qualifications

Two or more years’ dining server experience; fine dining preferred.
Casino experience preferred.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Provide knowledgeable, prompt, friendly service of food and beverages to dining guests.
Use POS system to enter orders and process payments.
Maintain clean service stations and dining areas.
Upsell appetizers, beverages, desserts per standards.
Ensure compliance with cash handling and gaming guidelines.
