Be Additive Tech is seeking an ambitious early‑career professional to become the face of Talentive in the Silicon Valley AI/startup ecosystem. You will attend events, build founder relationships, craft content, and help drive sales opportunities for Talentive.

You report to the Founder/CEO and gain mentorship, increasing responsibility and visibility within a fast‑moving startup. This role blends AI, entrepreneurship, and business development in a dynamic Bay Area environment.

Qualificações

• Extremely outgoing and energetic with comfort approaching new people.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly self‑motivated with entrepreneurial drive.
• Interest in startups, AI, and venture ecosystems.
• Experience with content creation and social media is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build a powerful Silicon Valley network by engaging with AI/startup communities.
• Create thought leadership content and LinkedIn posts to position Talentive.
• Identify AI startups and help generate sales opportunities for Talentive.
• Support CEO outreach with personalized messaging and campaigns.
• Collaborate with leadership on market positioning and growth initiatives.
