Confidential Client in California is seeking a Software Engineer to help build out SIL/HIL test infrastructure for its Battery Management System hardware. This role sits at the intersection of software and hardware and requires hands-on development in a fast-moving startup environment.

You will write device drivers for lab test equipment, develop a Python-based framework to run automated tests, and collaborate with firmware and test teams to verify safety and performance before major product

Qualifications

• Experience building SIL/HIL test systems.
• Strong software background, especially writing drivers for hardware/test equipment.
• Proficient in Python.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Nice to have experience in automotive, EV, or battery tech.
