Mach10 Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer to build the testing architecture for Battery Management Systems (BMS) validation before commercial release. You will operate where hardware meets software, developing SIL and HIL testing environments to evaluate how control electronics behave under varied conditions without needing a physical battery for every iteration.

Based on-site in California, this contract role may transition to permanent for successful candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in developing or operating HIL/SIL testing environments.
• Software engineering experience creating interfaces or drivers for test instrumentation.
• High level of proficiency in Python programming.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced startup setting.

Responsabilités

• Design and assemble SIL/HIL testing platforms with instrumentation, schematics, and wiring.
• Develop device drivers to enable communication between software and lab test equipment for data acquisition and voltage injection.
• Create robust software frameworks to execute automated test sequences.
• Collaborate with firmware and test teams to ensure product performance and safety before major releases.
