Johnson & Johnson is seeking a hands-on Signavio Program Manager to lead the deployment, ongoing support, and adoption of our global Signavio process management program. This role combines technical delivery, vendor and stakeholder management, process governance, and change management to ensure consistent, measurable process excellence.

Based in the United States with hybrid relocation options, you will oversee end-to-end configuration, integrations (APIs), training, and performance metrics

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in BPM or process management programs.
• Experience leading Signavio deployments or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Signavio deployment: configuration, integrations, testing and cutover.
• Own production stability and daily support: incident management, triage, SLA tracking.
• Collaborate with process owners, IT, security and business teams on governance.
• Configure platform settings, libraries, templates and access controls.
• Design integrations with ERP systems and APIs; coordinate secure, scalable solutions.
• Develop training, adoption programs and knowledge base articles.
• Manage Signavio vendor relationship, licensing and reviews.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement from user feedback.
