Job summary

ComTec Information Systems (IT) is seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead SAP Signavio strategies during a large-scale SAP modernization in Newark, NJ. This hybrid role will drive process modeling, process mining, and fit-to-standard assessments within the S/4HANA transformation lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in SAP architecture, hands-on Signavio, and strong governance experience, collaborating with business stakeholders and SI partners to ensure successful adoption

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP Solution Architecture or Technology Engineering experience.
• Experience supporting at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio Process Manager, Process Modeling, and Process Mining.
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration.
• Experience with end-to-end business process transformation.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Signavio strategy, architecture, and governance activities.
• Facilitate business process discovery, process mapping, and fit-to-standard workshops.
• Drive process mining, gap analysis, and business process optimization initiatives.
• Develop architecture roadmaps, capability models, standards, and reusable assets.
• Collaborate with business teams, SAP functional leads, and implementation partners.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP S/4HANA best practices.
• Support enterprise architecture governance and technology decision-making.
• Act as a liaison between business, technology, and delivery teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
