Job summary

The Summit at Snoqualmie is seeking an Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations across resort venues, developing signature menus and guiding kitchen teams. This full-time role reports to the VP of Food + Beverage and carries food service P&L responsibility.

Based at Seattle's home mountain just an hour from the city, the Executive Chef will drive cost control, vendor relations, sustainability, and guest experience through outstanding culinary leadership.

Qualifications

• Advanced culinary education or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of progressive culinary management in high-volume hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
• Financial acumen in budgeting, pricing, and cost control.
• World-class culinary expertise across multiple cuisines.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic menu innovation and concept development.
• Master vendor relations and procurement strategy.
• Oversee all food service venues and kitchen operations.
• Manage budgets, costs, and P&L performance.
