Thanksgiving Point Institute is seeking an experienced Signature Experiences Event Manager to lead planning and execution of iconic events such as Tulip Festival and Luminaria. You’ll blend creative vision with operational excellence and hospitality to deliver memorable guest experiences.

The role requires leading teams, managing budgets, vendors, and timelines, while collaborating across departments to ensure on-site success and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience managing large-scale events.
• Experience leading teams, vendors, and event partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead Signature Events from Concept to Completion.
• Plan and execute large-scale, multi-day events like Tulip Festival and Luminaria.
• Own the event lifecycle—from planning to live operations and post-event evaluation.
• Build detailed timelines, plans, and operational strategies for complex events.
• Anticipate challenges and ensure cohesive execution of all event elements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging and immersive experiences.
• Stay current on hospitality, entertainment, and guest-experience trends.
• Manage budgets, vendors, timelines, and priorities for financial viability.
