Job summary

Thanksgiving Point Institute Inc. seeks a Seasonal Floral & Site Décor Assistant to support the Floral & Site Décor team during peak event and holiday seasons. This role is ideal for floral design students or individuals seeking hands-on experience in a high-volume event floral and décor environment.

Wage is $15-18/hour with 20-30 hours per week; evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules apply. Benefits include free membership for you and immediate family, 401(k), and venue discounts.

Qualifications

• Interest in floral design and event production.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Pull, organize, and prepare floral and décor materials for events and installations.
• Assist with processing and conditioning fresh flowers and greenery.
• Prepare containers, vessels, candles, and décor elements for production.
• Support designers with bouquets, centerpieces, and ceremony florals.
• Help with large-scale floral and décor installations across venues.
