Job summary

Erickson Senior Living, Ann's Choice in Bucks County, PA, seeks an experienced Sous Chef to lead culinary operations within our Signature Dining Programs, featuring à la minute cooking and chef-inspired creations. You will work in state-of-the-art kitchens with a dedicated team and top-tier equipment to deliver exceptional resident dining experiences.

Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years of full-service kitchen experience and 6 months of supervisory coaching.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years full-service restaurant experience required.
• Minimum of 6 months supervisory and coaching experience required.
• Must be able to work some weekends and holidays.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures, including hot kitchen to refrigerators and freezers.

Responsibilities

• Supervises scheduling, training, and discipline of all culinary and utility staff.
• Manages daily kitchen production and food preparation to ensure timely resident meals.
• Directs preparation and service of all menu items, adhering to recipes and food safety standards.
• Oversees organization and sanitation of dining rooms, kitchen, storage areas, and loading dock.
