You’ll lead culinary teams in state‑of‑the‑art kitchens, drive signature dining programs and ensure high quality resident meals with strict food safety. This role emphasizes teamwork, coaching, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years full-service experience required.
• Minimum of 6 months supervisory and coaching experience required.
• Weekend and holiday work availability may be required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in hot to cold areas.

• Oversee scheduling, training and discipline of culinary staff.
• Direct daily kitchen production to ensure timely resident meals.
• Ensure adherence to recipes, food safety and quality standards.
• Maintain sanitation of dining rooms, kitchen and storage areas.
