Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
• Must read, write and perform basic math.
• Flexible to night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Compliant with local food handling and serving alcohol laws; fluent in local language.
• Strong communication and customer-friendly approach.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals to high standards and present meals attractively.
• Own your kitchen: manage supplies and equipment, minimise waste.
• Report unsafe equipment, low supplies, or safety incidents to supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Maintain space cleanliness and hygiene to meet local laws.
• Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Assist guests with queries or advice to enhance experience.
• Wear the uniform with pride.
• Take on ad-hoc duties when the team needs support.
