Deer Valley Resort is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to lead building and residence maintenance across the Signature Collection in Park City, Utah. This year-round salaried role involves directing supervisors and technicians, planning work orders, and ensuring safety and asset integrity.

Formación

• Minimum five years of experience in a building maintenance leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of residence maintenance including mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Experience with maintenance control systems, budgeting, payroll and procurement systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct supervision, leadership, coaching, and operational guidance to maintenance staff across the portfolio.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, workload distribution, and departmental objectives.
• Prepare monthly staff schedules and manage absences and vacations.
• Assist the Maintenance Area Manager in work order management and staff training.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion; identify issues and implement solutions.
• Coordinate procurement and vendor relationships; oversee contractors and billing processes.
• Ensure safety protocols and asset management compliance.
