Reddit, Inc. is seeking a Signals Partner Manager to own and scale strategic signal and data partnerships across the global ads ecosystem.

This role will lead the partner management motion for platforms that help advertisers send higher-quality conversion signals to Reddit, including CDPs, tag managers, and related tools. This role will own the strategies and relationships with the most impactful signal partners globally, achieving best-in-class product and go-to-market partnerships that enable

Qualifications

• 10+ years in partnerships, partner management, or related roles in ad tech or martech.
• Experience with signal- or data-related partners (CDPs, tag managers, etc.).
• Strong understanding of conversion signal workflows (Pixel/CAPI, identity, deduplication).
• Proven ability to drive revenue, adoption, or product growth through partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own Signals Partners & Ecosystem: manage the partner program and serve as voice of the ecosystem to internal stakeholders.
• Build and Maintain Deep Partner Relationships: lead executive and cross-functional discussions on signal quality.
• Drive Signal Quality & Performance: increase activation and match quality across implementations.
• Operationalize Signals GTM: develop repeatable enablement, co-marketing, and activation playbooks.
• Influence Integration & Product Roadmap: collaborate on Pixel/CAPI enhancements and integration flows.
• Set Partner Incentives Around Signal Quality: use certifications, tiers, and lead routing to drive quality.
• Represent the Signals Partner Voice: manage escalations and surface ecosystem insights.
