Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Signal Integrity Field Applications Engineer / Marketing Manager to strengthen our regional and global sales, engineering and marketing initiatives. Two positions are available in San Jose, CA and Austin, TX.

You will engage with customers to address SI requirements, collaborate with engineering on product designs, lead R&D efforts, represent the company at trade events, and develop technical papers to support sales and marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
• 3–5 years experience in consumer electronics, enterprise computing, or high-speed datacom.
• Experience with ANSYS HFSS or equivalent 3D FEM solvers and high-speed lab equipment.
• Strong understanding of signal integrity concepts and analytical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with signals up to 224 Gbps (448 Gbps a plus).
• Familiarity with IEEE 802.3 and tools CST Microwave Studio and Keysight ADS.
• Knowledge of Python or C# is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers across the USA to address signal integrity requirements with tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering to refine designs for high-frequency and EMI compliance.
• Lead R&D initiatives and contribute to industry standards and emerging electronics trends.
• Represent the company at trade events and industry symposiums.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including test reports and technical papers.
• Provide training and technical support to sales teams on SI concepts.
• Coordinate with product partners to explore new technologies for customers.
