Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Signal Integrity Field Applications Engineer / Marketing Manager to advance high-speed signaling solutions across the USA, including San Jose, CA and Austin, TX. You will collaborate with customers, engineers, and sales teams to tailor demonstrations, tests, and proposals.

This role combines SI depth with marketing activities, requiring 3–5 years of relevant experience and hands-on HFSS/CST/ADS tool experience; relocation support and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years in consumer electronics or high-speed datacom.
• Knowledge of HFSS, CST and Keysight tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers across the USA to understand and address their signal integrity requirements, presenting tailored solutions involving products, test reports, and simulations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to refine product designs and support customer-specific applications, ensuring alignment with high-frequency and EMI requirements.
• Lead research and development initiatives, contributing to industry standards and identifying emerging trends in electronics.
• Represent the company at trade events and industry symposiums, facilitating technical discussions and networking with key industry players.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including test reports and technical papers, to support sales and marketing efforts.
• Provide training and technical support to sales teams, enhancing their understanding of signal integrity concepts and their impact on product performance.
• Coordinate with product partners to explore new technologies and solutions for enhanced customer offerings.

Join a dynamic and growing team as a Signal Integrity Field Applications Engineer / Marketing Manager, where your expertise in high-speed signaling and signal integrity will be instrumental in advancing our technological footprint. We are looking for passionate professionals to fill two SI FAE/MKTG positions, one based in San Jose, CA, and the other in Austin, TX, to support our regional and global sales, engineering, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers across the USA to understand and address their signal integrity requirements, presenting tailored solutions involving products, test reports, and simulations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to refine product designs and support customer-specific applications, ensuring alignment with high-frequency and EMI requirements.
• Lead research and development initiatives, contributing to industry standards and identifying emerging trends in electronics.
• Represent the company at trade events and industry symposiums, facilitating technical discussions and networking with key industry players.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in consumer electronics, enterprise computing, or high-speed datacom industries.
• Proficiency with ANSYS HFSS or equivalent 3D FEM solvers and experience with high-speed lab equipment.
• Strong understanding of signal integrity concepts and analytical skills to troubleshoot high-speed systems.
• Experience with high-speed signals up to 224 Gbps, and nice to have experience with up to 448 Gbps.
• Familiarity with industry specifications like IEEE 802.3 and tools such as CST Microwave Studio and Keysight ADS is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Python or C# are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary range of $150K-$180K, plus a 25% bonus.
