Job summary

H. T. PROF Group in Campbell, CA is seeking a Signal Integrity Field Applications Engineer / Marketing Manager to support regional and global sales, engineering, and marketing initiatives. Hybrid work arrangement with responsibilities spanning technical support and market-facing activities.

The role requires a background in high-speed datacom, cooperation with engineering teams, and active engagement with customers, trade events, and documentation efforts to advance our electronics portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in consumer electronics, enterprise computing, or high-speed datacom industries.
• Proficiency with ANSYS HFSS or equivalent 3D FEM solvers and experience with high-speed lab equipment.
• Strong understanding of signal integrity concepts and analytical skills to troubleshoot high-speed systems.
• Experience with high-speed signals up to 224 Gbps, and nice to have experience with up to 448 Gbps.
• Familiarity with IEEE 802.3 and tools such as CST Microwave Studio and Keysight ADS is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Python or C# are advantageous.

• Provide training and technical support to sales teams, enhancing their understanding of signal integrity concepts and their impact on product performance.
• Coordinate with product partners to explore new technologies and solutions for enhanced customer offerings.

We are looking for passionate professionals to fill two SI FAE/MKTG positions, one based in San Jose, CA, and the other in Austin, TX, to support our regional and global sales, engineering, and marketing initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary range of $150K-$180K, plus a 25% bonus.
