Job summary

Markent Personnel seeks a Signal Integrity Field Applications Engineer / Marketing Manager to join a dynamic team. Two positions are available in San Jose, CA and Austin, TX, to support regional and global sales, engineering, and marketing initiatives.

The role blends technical SI work with market-facing duties, engaging customers, guiding products, and collaborating with engineering and sales teams to advance high-speed signaling solutions up to 224 Gbps (448 Gbps a plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
• 3–5 years in consumer electronics, enterprise computing, or high-speed datacom.
• Proficiency with HFSS or equivalent 3D FEM solvers and high-speed lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers across the USA to understand and address signal integrity requirements, presenting tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to refine product designs and support customer-specific applications.
• Lead research and development initiatives and contribute to industry standards.
• Represent the company at trade events and industry symposiums.
• Develop and maintain documentation to support sales and marketing.
• Provide training and technical support to sales teams.
• Coordinate with product partners to explore new technologies and solutions.
