Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Signal Integrity Field Applications Engineer / Marketing Manager to strengthen our regional and global sales, engineering and marketing initiatives. Two positions are available in San Jose, CA and Austin, TX.

You will engage with customers to address SI requirements, collaborate with engineering on product designs, lead R&D efforts, represent the company at trade events, and develop technical papers to support sales and marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
• 3–5 years experience in consumer electronics, enterprise computing, or high-speed datacom.
• Experience with ANSYS HFSS or equivalent 3D FEM solvers and high-speed lab equipment.
• Strong understanding of signal integrity concepts and analytical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with signals up to 224 Gbps (448 Gbps a plus).
• Familiarity with IEEE 802.3 and tools CST Microwave Studio and Keysight ADS.
• Knowledge of Python or C# is advantageous.

Join a dynamic and growing team as a Signal Integrity Field Applications Engineer / Marketing Manager, where your expertise in high-speed signaling and signal integrity will be instrumental in advancing our technological footprint. We are looking for passionate professionals to fill two SI FAE/MKTG positions, one based in San Jose, CA, and the other in Austin, TX, to support our regional and global sales, engineering, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers across the USA to understand and address their signal integrity requirements, presenting tailored solutions involving products, test reports, and simulations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to refine product designs and support customer-specific applications, ensuring alignment with high-frequency and EMI requirements.
• Lead research and development initiatives, contributing to industry standards and identifying emerging trends in electronics.
• Represent the company at trade events and industry symposiums, facilitating technical discussions and networking with key industry players.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including test reports and technical papers, to support sales and marketing efforts.
• Provide training and technical support to sales teams, enhancing their understanding of signal integrity concepts and their impact on product performance.
• Coordinate with product partners to explore new technologies and solutions for enhanced customer offerings.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in consumer electronics, enterprise computing, or high-speed datacom industries.
• Proficiency with ANSYS HFSS or equivalent 3D FEM solvers and experience with high-speed lab equipment.
• Strong understanding of signal integrity concepts and analytical skills to troubleshoot high-speed systems.
• Experience with high-speed signals up to 224 Gbps, and nice to have experience with up to 448 Gbps.
• Familiarity with industry specifications like IEEE 802.3 and tools such as CST Microwave Studio and Keysight ADS is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Python or C# are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary range of $150K-$180K, plus a 25% bonus.
