Job summary

Hyve Solutions seeks a Signal Integrity Engineer to drive SI improvements from pre-layout to validation across PCIe, CXL, DDR5/DDR6, and Ethernet interfaces. You will model channels, evaluate channel loss, crosstalk, and timing margins, and support design with cross-functional hardware teams.

Responsibilities include lab validation with oscilloscopes, VNAs, TDRs, and BERT, plus documentation of methodologies and results for design reviews and product releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in Signal Integrity or high-speed digital design.
• Experience with channel simulation, high-speed interfaces, or lab measurements is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of transmission line theory, electromagnetic fundamentals, and PCB stackups.
• Familiarity with SI simulation tools such as HFSS, ADS, HSPICE, Sigrity, CST.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-layout and post-layout SI simulations for PCIe, CXL, Ethernet, SerDes, and DDR5/DDR6.
• Analyze channel performance, IL, RL, crosstalk, and timing margins to support design.
• Develop channel models using industry-standard tools and support impedance control.
