Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Networking Signal Integrity Engineering Manager to lead a team of SI engineers in developing PAM4 SerDes and SI rules for backbone hardware networking systems. The role involves collaboration with HW, SW, PCB layout and manufacturing teams to ensure on-time, high-quality SI deliverables.

The position requires leadership experience, deep SI expertise, and the ability to coordinate across geographies (US/India).

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing signal integrity engineers.
• Knowledge of PAM4 SerDes and Signal Integrity, Clocking, Phase lock Loops.
• Knowledge of SI CAD tools, HFSS, SiWave, Keysight ADS
• Knowledge of SI lab equipment: DCAX sampling scope, UXR real-time scope, VNA, TDR, Signal Source Analyzer for phase noise.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across HW/SW/PCB teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of Signal Integrity engineers on multiple programs.
• Develop PAM4 SerDes and SI rules for HW network systems.
• Work with HW, SW, PCB layout and other teams to deliver new products on time.
• Respond to and resolve Field Escalations and customer escalations.
• Coordinate SI activities across US and India.
