Cima Network Inc. is seeking a Signage - Manager of Service to oversee the service department, lead staff, and ensure alignment with senior leadership.

You will manage work orders, quotes, data management, escalations, and vendor relationships while maintaining deadlines and delivering excellent customer service. This exempt, on-site role emphasizes teamwork, process adherence, and strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sign maintenance experience.
• Prior experience in leading and/or training a team.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, ERP’s and PowerPoint.
• Experience updating CRM and other data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for service department operations.
• Coordinate workflow and support service representatives.
• Train and develop staff to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with clients and internal resources on expectations.
• Maintain client files and SOP adherence.
• Manage daily work orders and ensure timely, profitable outcomes.
• Review and approve quotes before submission to clients.
