Job summary

North Jersey Printing Company in New Jersey is seeking an organized, detail-driven Project Manager to oversee the printing and fulfillment of in-store signage programs for our clients. In this onsite role, you will manage orders from intake through delivery, forecast new store needs, and ensure SOPs are followed while hitting targets and milestones.

You will coordinate with brand partners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure signage programs are delivered on time and within budget,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business, supply chain, marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in printing, retail signage, POP, marketing fulfillment, or supply chain.
• Experience managing inventory and forecasting demand.
• Familiarity with retail graphics needs for mall-based and standalone stores, window/store signage, in-store fixtures, and landlord guidelines.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders for in-store signage programs from intake to production, kitting, shipping, and delivery.
• Forecast and plan for new store requests, openings, and seasonal campaigns to ensure materials are available.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet targets and milestones.
• Build and manage production, fulfillment, and delivery schedules and adjust as priorities shift.
• Coordinate with brand, client, and vendor partners to confirm requirements and communicate status.
• Identify and resolve issues such as production delays or shipping errors.
• Prepare reports on order status, inventory, forecasts, and performance against metrics.
