Job summary

SpeedPro in New Jersey is seeking a Print Production Manager to lead the day‑to‑day production of wide‑format graphics in our studio. Reporting to the owner, you will ensure jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule—from prep of print files to operating production equipment and coordinating shipments.

You will review customer files, provide proofs, manage materials, perform finishing work, and support wall graphics, decals, and signage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in print production, sign-making, or a related graphics environment.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator.
• Experience operating printers, laminators, plotters, or other production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Hands-on skills in finishing work such as cutting, laminating, hemming, and grommeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the production of wide-format print and graphic projects.
• Review and prepare customer files, provide proofs, and ensure print readiness.
• Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators, and plotters.
• Manage materials and inventory (ordering support provided).
• Perform small installations such as wall graphics, decals, and signage.
• Handle all aspects of job production, including printing, laminating, hemming, trimming, and grommeting.
• Unpack deliveries, pack and label finished products, and coordinate shipments.
• Use CoreBridge software to manage workflow and production tracking.
