Job summary
GPAC in Fort Worth is seeking a Production Manager to lead the fabrication team in delivering high-quality signage projects on schedule. You will manage a small crew, coordinate production tasks, and ensure safety and quality standards across all workflows.
The role requires hands-on experience with large format and vinyl sign fabrication, plus ERP proficiency. You will collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure feasible production plans and timely deliveries, with growth
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years as Production Manager in signage industry.
- Experience managing a fabrication crew of 1–2 employees.
- Proficiency in large format and vinyl sign fabrication techniques.
- Strong coordination with sign installation coordination.
- Familiarity with ERP software.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with commitment to quality and safety.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead a fabrication crew of 1–2 employees to meet quality standards.
- Plan and schedule production tasks to meet deadlines.
- Oversee large format and vinyl sign fabrication.
- Review project specs with design team for feasibility.
- Coordinate and schedule installations for on-time delivery.
- Maintain inventory and procure materials as needed.
- Track production progress using ERP and optimize workflows.
- Report production performance to senior management.
