You will collaborate with a dedicated team, manage timelines, obtain approvals, and help drive efficiency through automation tools while growing into project management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in signage production or project coordination.
• Strong customer service and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Client interaction: Understand client needs and guide them through the signage process.
• Project management: Manage timelines, approvals, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• HubSpot & automation: Use HubSpot & Corebridge for client management and explore automation tools to improve efficiency.
• Growth & training: Learn advanced sign-making techniques and expand into project management.
