Job summary

Signs Now is seeking a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative / Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Kansas City. You’ll greet customers in person, by phone, and email, prepare estimates for custom signage, and coordinate projects from order entry through installation.

You’ll review artwork for accuracy, communicate proofs and approvals, and work closely with production to meet deadlines while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sign company, print shop, or graphics industry.
• Experience preparing estimates or managing custom orders.
• Familiarity with large-format printing, vinyl graphics, or signage.
• Strong customer service experience in a project-based business.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn estimating and order management software.
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
