Job summary

Schlosser Signs Inc. in Windsor, Colorado designs, manufactures, and installs custom signage for clients along the Front Range and beyond.

The Designer will translate client concepts into production-ready sign designs using industry-standard software, ensuring accuracy, manufacturability, and compliance with local codes. You will work closely with sales, project management, and fabrication teams to meet client expectations, manage scale, materials, and mounting methods, and prepare files for CNC

Qualifications

• Solid organizational and time management skills; ability to juggle multiple jobs at varying stages.
• Strong visual design skills with attention to technical detail, including scale and mounting methods.
• Background in manufacturing, industrial or production related design.
• Knowledge of fabrication; metalwork and/or signs.

Responsibilities

• Translate client concepts and brand requirements into production-ready sign designs.
• Collaborate with sales, project management, and fabrication teams to meet client expectations.
• Ensure designs comply with local sign codes and permitting requirements.
• Prepare take-off documents including materials and cut lists as requested.
• Maintain accurate design documentation and communicate changes to the team.
