Job summary

Schlosser Signs Inc. in Windsor, CO designs, manufactures, and installs custom signage for clients across Colorado. The Inventory Manager will maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate shipping, and partner with purchasing and production to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 1–3 years in inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP/WMS systems.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against PO and packing slips.
• Maintain inventory records and perform routine cycle counts for accuracy.
• Track inventory levels and communicate shortages to purchasing/operations.
• Coordinate shipping activities and prepare shipping documentation.
• Organize warehouse and storage areas to ensure safe material flow.
• Monitor inventory transactions in the management systems.
• Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
