Qualifications

• Proven experience as a sales professional, preferably in construction, signage, or related industries.
• Ability to qualify leads and move prospects through the funnel to close while staying organized.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional persona when representing the company.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and cultivate new leads to build a strong sales pipeline in construction-related opportunities.
• Develop custom signage solutions aligned with project schedules, budgets, and site requirements.
• Maintain end-to-end client ownership from inquiry to contract execution and handoff to project management.
