General Services Corporation is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team. You will support all aspects of an apartment community, deliver exceptional resident service, and work closely with senior leadership to achieve occupancy and budget goals.

Responsibilities include supervising leasing and maintenance staff, coordinating marketing efforts, and overseeing rent collection and reporting. We value collaboration, growth, and a positive, inclusive work environment at GSC.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in an Assistant Property Management role, preferably with a conventional apartment community.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills; ability to multitask.
• Proficiency with planning and maintaining budgets.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, MRI or other property management software.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with all aspects of an apartment community and provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, staff, and vendors.
• Lead, guide, and supervise leasing and maintenance staff.
• Partner with senior leadership to maintain budgets, occupancy, and resident satisfaction goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop business plans and marketing strategies.
• Oversee rent collection and reduce delinquencies; monitor high-balance accounts.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports; monitor occupancy, expenses and delinquencies.
• Conduct on-site inspections of model units, grounds, and maintenance.
• Manage move-outs/move-ins and oversee capital improvements with vendors.
