ASI-NE seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work in Gray Group Home Location. You will support adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses in daily living and community activities, under a team-based, caring approach.

The role offers hourly pay of $18.00–$22.00 (experience-based) with a $500 sign-on bonus for full-time staff. Full-time benefits and part-time options are available, emphasizing training and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses to live meaningful lives.
• Provide direct assistance in daily living activities and community integration.
