Job summary

West Bay RI in Warwick, RI is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to help individuals with intellectual, developmental, and emotional disabilities live more independently at home and in the community, with a focus on dignity and person-centered care.

We offer $21.50–$22.50/hour plus a $1.00/hour weekend differential, flexible full-time and part-time schedules across 1st and 2nd shifts, and opportunities for growth with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs with assistance or devices.
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, push and pull during shifts.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient attitude.
• Genuine desire to help others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Prepare meals and support dietary needs.

As a DSP, you'll help individuals thrive by providing compassionate, person-centered support, including:
