Job summary

ZP Better Together, LLC is seeking a skilled Sign Language interpreter to provide high-quality video relay, remote interpreting, and on-site services for customers. The role requires fluent ASL and spoken English, professionalism, and adherence to the NAD-RID Code of Conduct.

Training and benefits are provided. Full-time interpreters must work 36 hours per week, with opportunities for up to 40 hours and a comprehensive benefits package including life, disability, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Fluent ASL and spoken English required.
• Ability to interpret accurately in video relay, on-site, and remote settings.
• Must pass interpreting skills assessment and complete a 40-hour New Hire Training.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality video relay, video remote interpreting, and on-site interpreting for consumers.
• Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and respect in all interactions.
• Ensure compliance with NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct and FCC regulations.
• Contribute to exceptional customer service and accurate record-keeping.
