Job summary

ZP Better Together, LLC is seeking a Sign Language Interpreter to provide high-quality interpreting via video and on-site at various customer locations. The role requires fluent ASL and spoken English, adherence to NAD-RID Code of Conduct, and flexibility to travel as needed.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, 36 hours per week guaranteed, and a range of insurance options, disability coverage, PTO, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Fluent ASL and spoken English required.
• Accurate interpreting with professional conduct.
• State licensure or state-required credentials if applicable.
• You must be 18 years or older to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective video relay service, video remote interpreting, and onsite interpreting.
• Support and model the company's mission and values.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a respectful and professional attitude.
• Adhere to FCC regulations and NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.
• Demonstrate ability to travel independently as needed.
