Z/P Better Together, LLC is seeking an Interpreter to provide high quality Sign Language interpreting via video in a call center and on-site at various locations. The role requires fluent ASL and spoken English, accurate interpreting skills, and adherence to the NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.

The position offers benefits and opportunities for professional development. Interpreters must be able to travel as needed, work 36 hours per week, and complete the required training.

Qualifications

• Fluent American Sign Language and spoken English required.
• Must pass interpreting skills assessment.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Knowledge of NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective video relay service, video remote interpreting, and onsite interpreting for consumers.
• Support and model the organization's mission and values.
• Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and courtesy.
