Ops Tech Alliance is seeking a skilled SIGINT Training Specialist at Fort Meade, MD. The role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph and responsibility for developing training documents, delivering classroom support, and presenting training materials to large audiences.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Education or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of basic electronics, SIGINT systems, and computer systems.
• 9 years of technical experience with basic electronics or computer systems.
• 9 years of designing and developing instructor-led and/or web-based training courses.

Responsibilities

• Brief military and agency personnel while conveying operational concepts.
• Develop and improve training plans and curriculum based on feedback.
• Perform inspections on training programs and personnel to ensure compliance with policy.
• Draft training documents and provide training materials to large audiences.

SIGINT Training Specialist

Salary Range: $125,000 to $150,000

Ops Tech Alliance is seeking a skilled SIGINT Training Specialist who possesses expertise in mission or collection management. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and refining training documents, delivering classroom support, and presenting training materials to sizable audiences. Your duties will also include assessing training effectiveness and updating materials in response to feedback from students and clients. Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Education or similar degree or equivalent4documented combination of training and experience.
• Working knowledge of basic electronics, SIGINT systems, and computer systems.
• 9 years of technical experience working with basic electronics or computer systems
• 9 years of designing and developing instructor-led and/or web-based training courses

Desired Qualifications

• 3 years experience with VHF, UHF, FG theory, radio equipment and antennas
• 3 years of experience with wireless communication technologies such as: GSM, CDMA2000, UMTS, LTE, and WiFi
