Power3 Solutions is seeking a Sr. Techsigint Compliance SME to work near Fort Meade, MD. The role requires TS/SCI with a Polygraph and a deep technical understanding of signal characteristics for compliance during processing, collection, and retention of signals.

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI with a Polygraph and relevant engineering/technical education.
• Eight or ten years of experience depending on level; military training programs may count.
• Experience in signals analysis (COMINT/ELINT/FISINT/PROFORMA) or related design/engineering.

Responsibilities

• Capture and refine system requirements to align stakeholder needs with development.
• Perform user and group training, and develop training materials.
• Participate in outreach to grow the product user community.
• Develop and execute requirements, test plans, and training for compliance of TechSIGINT apps.
• Complete tasks using legacy TechSIGINT applications (e.g., MARTES, CATS, DEL, PacketSwing, STK, DVT, TASMANIA, CHAUEE, REDHAWK, MEERKAT, ESP).
• Independently complete assignments with minimal supervision.
• Communicate information clearly, concisely and professionally.
• Exercise independent judgment in selecting work methods and practices.
• Train new team members.
• Complete non-routine/complex assignments requiring extensive knowledge.
• Build collaborative networks with key contacts inside/outside the organization.
• Explain technical, procedural, and legal information to non-experts.

We are hiring a Sr. Techsigint Compliance SME to work in the Fort Meade, MD vicinity. Position location is subjectto change based on central MD client's needs.
Required: TS/SCI with a Polygraph
Levy deep technical understanding of signal characteristics to determine compliance during processing, collection, and retention of signals. Leverage compliant practices on how signal parameters are identified and defined, and in how signal behavior is captured within the RF and digital domains. Understand compliance implications in TechSIGINT operations and follow-on analytic activities in either ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA, or COMEXT.
Depending on level, the Sr. Techsigint Analyst Sme shall possess the following capabilities:

• Capture and refine system requirements to promote a strong alignment of stakeholder needs with development activities.
• Perform user and group training, and provide services in the development of training materials.
• Participate in outreach activities to grow the product user community.
• Provide services in the development and execution of requirements, test plans, and training to ensure compliance of TechSIGINT applications.
• Complete tasks using legacy TechSIGINT applications (e.g., MARTES, CATS, DEL, PacketSwing, STK, DVT, TASMANIA, CHAUEE, REDHAWK, MEERKAT, and ESP).
• Independently complete assignments with minimal day-to-day instruction or supervision.
• Communicate information and ideas clearly, concisely and professionally.
• Exercise independent judgement in selecting and applying appropriate work methods, procedures, techniques, and practices in accomplishing duties.
• Train new team members.
• Complete non-routine and complex assignments that require an extensive knowledge and experience.
• Build and utilize collaborative networks with key contacts within and outside of the organization to complete tasks.
• Explain technical, procedural, specialized, and legal information to non-experts.

Individual Capabilities/Experience Required:
Sr. Techsigint Analyst SME Level 2:

• Requires eight (8) years of relevant experience and an Associate’s degree or six (6) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or four (4) years of relevant experience and a Master's Degree. Two (2) years of relevant experience may be substituted for an Associate’s degree.
• Degree must be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, a Physical Science, or a related technical field. A broader range of degrees will be considered for those who have completed a relevant military training program for example, 9141 (Navy Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst), 1N2A (Air Force Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst), 451/461 (Intermediate Signals Analysis), 452 (Advanced Signals Analysis), or Military Signals Analysis Program (MSAP).
• Relevant experience must be in one or more of the following: signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT or PROFORMA), or design and engineering of aerospace, communications, electronic or industrial systems.

Sr. Techsigint Analyst SME Level 3:

• Requires ten (10) years of relevant experience and an Associate’s degree or eight (8) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or six (6) years of relevant experience and a Master's Degree. Two (2) years of relevant experience may be substituted for an Associate’s degree.
